While the parking lot here is an absolute nightmare at certain times during the day (lunch especially), they actually have some of the best staff out of any of the Starbucks stores I frequent. They're not only friendly and attentive, but they make good drinks and manage to keep the store clean while doing so. I was particularly struck one day when a very demanding woman came in looking for bagged coffee for a friend. They didn't have what she wanted in the retail selection, but the manager went in the back and was able to get what she wanted from what I assume to have been the store's supply. They just seem to go above and beyond there.

The drinks are fine but the people who work there are pretty rude, the manager in particular. He is constantly singing like he's auditioning for American idol and I have even seen him yell at a customer over a parking spot in the lot before heading into work. A manager helps set and reinforce the culture of a company and if you ask me his snobbish attitude is rubbing off on almost everyone who works there!

This is my favorite Starbucks of all the local spots. As others have mentioned, the parking is a tough situation especially in the morning. The staff is really stellar however, the drinks are great and it's always super clean.
By far the best customer service at a local Starbucks. I can get in and out before work without waiting.. Best thing recently was Kim suggesting the Chestnut Praline Latte!!! It's amazing!

This Starbucks is probably my favorite in the West Chester/Exton area. Service is always quick, friendly, and consistent. The seating area is small, but always clean and organized. If there is a downside, it's that the parking lot is too small and always full. Although that makes it tough, if you wait long enough you'll find a spot.

No need to review the coffee, it's Starbucks. Importantly though, the restrooms are clean. Barista's are friendly. I'd like to see fewer wood chairs and more casual seating.

Went in on Saturday (6/21/14) and had to circle around twice before someone finally pulled out and I could park. When I went in, there was a line. The women in front of me were engaged in a conversation and didn't hear the repeated announcement from the barista that he could serve the next guest. I got the woman's attention and she moved up in line. Although I wasn't irritated by this minor delay, the barista told me that my coffee was "on him". I couldn't believe that he was that concerned with my experience there that he would offer a free coffee to compensate for my wait. Amazing customer service! I certainly have not received that level of care from any other business that I frequent. The entire staff was pleasant and the store was very clean (despite the number of customers). Very impressive!

My local where the service is prompt, the baristas are friendly, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming and my usual is always perfectly prepared (a grande blonde misto with two pumps of either vanilla or cinnamon dolce). I don't recommend the Veggie and Monterey Jack Artisan breakfast sandwich - warm and bland - but their pumpkin bread is delicious.

Great store. Super friendly employees. But... No outside seats. A Starbucks without al fresco seating is like a forest without trees. A farm without produce. A pool with no water.

This Starbucks is one of my favorites! The baristas here are so friendly, and they always make my drinks just right! The only downside to this Starbucks is the parking. It is always crowded and sometimes very hard to find a parking spot... Other than that, this Starbucks is wonderful.

Great coffee, good tea, not nearly enough seating.

It's just about as Starbucks as Starbucks gets. Coffee, service, decor, everything is predictable (in a good way).

Starbucks coffee is self-explanatory. But the staff is super friendly, fast, and engaging while making your coffee. Bathrooms are clean and the parking is okay.

One of my hangout a while I was passing through this area a lot. The staff here is so polite, they remembered me every time I came in. Learned about the Caramel Brûlée with the extra double shot in it, straight game changer. Thanks guys ;)
